The electric models are
all equipped with a silent motor, mounted on a stainless steel
base.
Both electric and manual extractors are especially designed to
juice herbs, leafy vegetables, sprouts and wheat grass.
The extraction is done with a slow rotation of the feeding screw
to minimize the friction, thus the creation of heat.
With these machines, there is also less introduction of oxygen
in the juice.
